Why we use it
Thin enough for real homes. Practical enough for problem walls.
AeroCork™ is designed for internal walls where surface temperature, condensation and black spot mould are concerns. It can be applied over suitable existing plastered or painted surfaces, avoiding the depth and disruption of conventional insulation boards.
Its cork-based, vapour-permeable layer helps the wall remain breathable while improving thermal surface comfort. We assess and prepare the substrate before applying it by hand with a plastering trowel.
Installation
Prepare
Clean, stabilise and prime the substrate where required.
Apply
Trowel-apply AeroCork™ vertically in a controlled 3–5 mm layer.
Finish
Allow the system to dry, prepare it correctly and complete the chosen finish.
