Recurring black mould is frustrating, but simply cleaning or painting over it rarely changes why the surface keeps getting wet. We start by looking at the room, the wall and the likely source of condensation.
Where it is suitable, we hand-apply AeroCork™ to create a thin, breathable insulation layer before preparing the wall for its final finish. The aim is a practical result with minimal loss of room space and as little disruption as possible.
